Vanity provide a very high standard of quality goods and every item is checked before shipping however, if you have a problem and you want to return the item you need to return it within 7 days and the item needs to be in the original packaging with all tags still attached and in prefect selling condition. It is your reasonability to pay for the cost of the shipment.
